For customers who do not have an indoor quarantine tank, we are pleased to offer free winter koi boarding until April 1st. Please review the policy below carefully:
🔹 Free Boarding Period: free winter boarding is provided until April 1st. Beginning April 2nd, regular boarding fees will apply.
🔹 Koi Ownership: once a koi is purchased, ownership transfer to customer at the time of payment. We are providing temporary boarding as a courtesy service.
🔹 Care & Responsibility: we feed very little during winter. We are not responsible for any changes in the koi’s appearance, body shape, growth, or coloration during the boarding period. Koi are live animals and may change naturally at any time due to genetic, environment, or development. While reasonable care is provided, we are also not responsible for injuries or health change that may occur during boarding.
🔹 Rare Event of Loss: in the rare event that the koi died while boarding, we will provide store credit equal to the purchase price of the koi. No cash refund will be provided.
🔹 Pick-Up Deadline: Customers must arrange to pick up or ship their koi no later than April 1st. Beginning April 2nd, a boarding fees of $50 per koi, per month will apply. Boarding fees are charged per full month and will not be prorated or refundable.
