        We take every precaution to ensure that your koi arrive at your doorstep healthy. We use only the highest-quality packaging materials to minimize stress on the fish during transit. However, we understand that shipping live fish can be daunting, and sometimes delays do happen, which is why we offer our LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. If, unfortunately, the fish arrives deceased, we will replace it with another fish of equal value or issue a store credit.

        To file a claim for our Live Arrival Guarantee, you must take a photo of the deceased fish while still inside the un-opened bag within 2 hours of delivery and email us at sales@gckoi.com as proof.
